Altmin proudly partners with the International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy and New Materials (ARCI), an esteemed Autonomous Research and Development Centre under the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. Established in 1997, ARCI is dedicated to developing high-performance materials and processes for niche markets, demonstrating technologies at prototype/pilot scale, and transferring technology to the Indian industry.
With its main campus in Hyderabad and operations in Chennai and Gurgaon, ARCI collaborates with 11 Research Centres, focusing on nationally unique technologies and application-oriented programs. This collaboration extends beyond borders, as ARCI is open to partnerships with both Indian and foreign laboratories, universities, and industries to achieve its goals successfully.
ARCI's commitment to technology transfer is evident in its adoption of exclusive and non-exclusive modes to foster healthy competition in the market. To date, ARCI has successfully transferred 32 technologies to 46 receivers, with ongoing transfers in progress.
